The Theatre and Performance component of these Joint Honours programmes are delivered by the School of Performance and Cultural Industries.

The BA Theatre and Performance and a Modern Language programmes are four year full time degrees:
Between levels one and two, students studying Arabic, Chinese, Russian and Thai spend a year studying abroad in a country speaking the modern language they have chosen as their Joint Honours combination.

Between levels two and three, students studying French, German, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish spend a year studying abroad in a country speaking the modern language they have chosen as their Joint Honours combination.

Theatre and Performance modules for Joint Honours programmes
The Theatre and Performance component of the Joint Honours programmes deals with contemporary theatre and performance and the variety of social and cultural contexts in which they take place. You will study concepts in performance making, explore how theatre histories inform contemporary performance practice and develop your academic and creative capabilities.
